Binance: 90% of Stolen Assets Replenished; Withdrawals Set to Resume on Nov. 1 Binance announced that it has now replenished 90% of the stolen asset shortfall. The top ten major tokens—including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC—are now 100% fully backed by reserves. The funding sources for this replenishment include: a partial deployment of the SAFU, reallocated balances from the Futures Insurance Fund exceeding regulatory and risk-management requirements, and Binance’s own corporate treasury. Binance committed to subsequently replenishing SAFU back to approximately US$1 billion. Additionally, the exchange stated that withdrawal services remain on track to resume on November 1 as previously scheduled.
